2.1 You will comply with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all applicable laws,
regulations and rules when you use this website, whether you just browse the website, use its
freely-available services, register as a user, subscribe as a user, or purchase Products or
services as a user.
2.2 Coin Wars may modify this website at any time with or without notice to you.
2.3 If Coin Wars determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have
breached, or will breach a term or condition of this Agreement, Coin Wars may cancel
your account without any liability to you or any third party.
2.4 Refunds will not be granted on payments made for services on this website.
2.5 You will need to select a password if you open an account. You will be responsible for all use
of your password, including, without limitation, any use by any unauthorized third party. You must
notify Coin Wars immediately if you believe your password has been or may be obtained or
used by any unauthorized person or entity. In addition, you must notify Coin Wars
immediately if you become aware of any other breach or attempted breach of the security of this

3. Your Conduct
3.1 Generally, you must use this website in a manner that demonstrates good taste and respect for
the rights of Coin Wars, its users and third parties.
3.2 You will not "spam" other users or send messages that advertise or promote other services.
3.3 You will not create more than one account. Multiple accounts for the same person will result in
removal of all accounts created by that person.
3.4 Creating accounts with similar names for the sole purpose of imitating other users is strictly
forbidden.
3.5 You will not use an application or 'bot' to play a game for you, anyone suspected of doing so
will have their points reset to zero. Continued or excessive use will result in an account ban.
3.6 You will not use any third party tools to modify a game, or falsify information being
transmitted to or from our multiplayer servers.
3.7 You will not attempt to gain access to restricted content such as private leagues you have not
been invited to.
3.8 You may not buy or sell any in-game items for real money.
4. Disclaimers, exclusions and limitations
4.1 Coin Wars PROVIDES THIS SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. Coin Wars DOES NOT
REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THIS SERVICE OR ITS USE (i) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, (ii) WILL BE FREE OF
INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, (iii) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR (iv) WILL OPERATE IN THE
CONFIGURATION OR WITH THE HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE YOU USE. Coin Wars MAKES NO WARRANTIES
OTHER THAN THOSE MADE EXPRESSLY IN THIS AGREEMENT, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
MERCHANTABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
4.2 THE THIRD-PARTY LINKS, SERVICES, RESOURCES AND INFORMATION THAT Coin Wars PROVIDES
ON OR MAKES AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS WEBSITE ARE NOT CONTROLLED BY Coin Wars. ACCORDINGLY,
Coin Wars MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING SUCH THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, RESOURCES AND
INFORMATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,

5. Indemnification

transmit, modify or otherwise make available through this website, your use of this website, your
connection to this website, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of
others.
5. Choice of Laws and Choice of Forum
You agree that: (i) this website shall be deemed solely based in Pennsylvania, AND (ii) this
website shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over
Coin Wars, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Pennsylvania. These
Terms of Use shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Pennsylvania,
without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and Coin Wars that arises in whole or in part from your use of this website shall be decided
exclusively by a state court of Pennsylvania, of competent jurisdiction.
6. Limitation on When a Cause of Action May Be Brought
YOU AND Coin Wars AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS
WEBSITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE

8. Waiver and Severability of Terms.

Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree
that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the
provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
